A little bit about me

I am a professional massage therapist and strive to create a warm and safe environment for my clients to relax and release stress, tension, and pain.  I enjoy learning and have studied and continue to study various massage techniques and bodyworks. Therefore, my massage therapy reflects a blend of techniques tailored individually to my client's needs and requests.

In my free time I like to knit, read, walk with my dog, practice yoga, and travel.
